maintenance agreements before and had to pay for new versions.
Not with
the TIW SMA plan! We have what is
considered a "Premium" plan. You receive every release we make on your platform regardless of whether it is a
maintenance build or a completely new version!
Do I have to pay for
Technical Support separately?
Technical Support is included in
the SMA!
Do I pay for
shipping when I have a SMA?
Shipping is included for all domestic
customers. International customers pay shipping.
Where do I get an
SMA?
The Software Maintenance Agreement is available through your Authorized TIW Dealer.
