Alert Manager Sample Screens

Main Screen

Info-Alert’s main menu provides an “easy to navigate” user interface.

From Info-Alert’s Main Menu a listing of available alerts is displayed when choosing “Select Alerts”.

Select Alerts Screen

The “Select Alerts” screen provides a listing of many pre-defined alerts from which to choose.

The “Setup” button opens a screen for the input of various sets of parameters for each selected alert and the “Schedule” button opens a screen to schedule when and how often a selected alert will run.

Select Alerts - Setup

The “Alert Setup” function allows the ability to enter multiple sets of parameters for each selected alert. Two from/thru entries are available to identify groups of records to monitor as well as an Individual ID entry as an “addition to” the from/thru groups. A 3rd “trigger” field tells Info-Alert what to look for in the defined groups of records. An unlimited number parameter scenarios can be set for each alert.

Select Alerts - Notification

Each set of parameters can have any number of notification email ID’s to designate who will be notified when records are found for this alert. Also a “personal report” can be designated for the printing of alerts every day or any other timeframe such as a summary report by month. This is especially useful when a desired recipient does not have an email address.

Select Alerts - Schedule

Info-Alert provides a function to “schedule” when and how often each alert will run. A default setting is given for each alert to run “once daily”, “Mon thru Fri” and can be changed to run on specific days and to run on an “hourly” basis. And, to prevent alerted records from showing up continuously until resolved, the ability is given to “suppress” the notification of an alert record for a given period of time before re-notifying.

Select Alerts - Run

The Select Alerts “Run” option allows for any alert to be “Run on Demand” any time a user wants to see if an alert and given parameters will generate any records from the data-base. This is a useful tool when needing to “test” a parameter set.

Example of generated Alert Records

Either through the Alert “Run on Demand” or normal alert processing, a recipient will receive the alerted records in a format similar this example.
