JCLynx - With JCLynx, you can
assign a Job, Phase and Category to each line on a PO or to an entire AP
Invoice. You can also issue items from inventory (stock or non stock) to any
Job, Phase or Category thus allowing you to capture general expenses or
items from inventory that would not come through the Purchase module. For
instance, charges for in house services, such as phone calls, copy charges,
or per diems. Each line item on a Sales Invoice can be assigned to a Job in
order to print a P&L statement. The Job Costs Reports allow you to customize
all aspects of the Job Cost reporting. JCLynx now includes
Estimating/Budgeting reports. |
