EzCollections - a new stand-alone module that links to ALERE Accounting. The new module is for users interested in speeding up collections by automating the collections process.

EzCollections automates and manages the process of identifying overdue customer invoices and communicating with customers. It sends e-mail to overdue customers and automatically reads their e-mail responses to analyze and report the results. In non-automated mode the system's contact manager and reporting can be fully utilized without the automated e-mail function.
