Operations at DMI Inc. in Wharton, N.J. are a sight to behold. Each day, millions of pieces and parts, pills and products, creams and lotions flood into the 275,000-square-foot facility, where they are quickly assembled, packaged and shipped to some of the largest consumer products companies in the world. Production lines can be reconfigured several times a day to accommodate multiple orders from multiple customers.
