TIW is pleased to announce the release of ALERE v20.
This new version includes the following new features:
- An easy-to-use, traceable, landed cost workflow to assist with properly costing inventory in this uncertain tariff and shipping environment.
- A customizable Favorites ribbon to further streamline your workflows.
- An integration to Outlook (Classic) 64-bit.
- A revamped report scheduler built with your feedback.
- 30+ additional new features and enhancements as detailed in the New Features brochure.
Clients with active SMAs who have chosen to have the update shipped directly to them will receive their physical copy of v20 in the mail. TIW will supply all other upgrade keys through the client’s reseller of record.
For those performing the upgrade in-house, please review the included installation notes and ensure a complete, tested backup has been created prior to upgrading.
ALERE’s technical documentation has been updated and is available for download. Users may also find the help manual online through TIW’s webhelp subdomain.
